No delivery

Our parcel service usually tries to deliver your parcel twice. If it doesn't work, you will receive information about the delivery location of your package. 

In most cases, the package will then be stored for 7 days at a pick-up station near you. 

If the package is returned to the sender, we will automatically refund the amount.
